The Lord spoke about prayer. The one who prays to God must pray without losing heart, and if he does so, the Lord surely brings it to pass. The Lord told us in a parable that we always ought to pray and not lose heart. In a certain city there was a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. But in that city there was a widow who, having suffered a very unjust wrong, kept going to that judge and pleading with him. Since she herself had no power, she ceaselessly asked him to avenge her against her adversary.
